Just follow the 5 steps below and then sit back whilst we create your 'Holiday Home Showcase'. Please visit our Features & Benefits or FAQ's for further details or contact us if you need help.
Step 1: Register using our quick and easy online Order Form which will allow you to submit your basic details and sign up for a 'Holiday Home Showcase'.
Step 2: Upon receipt, we'll email details explaining what you need to provide us with, in what format and how to send it and also whether you have a domain name registered or if you would like us to register one for you. We'll also email an invoice for the deposit of £49.95 required to secure your order.
Step 3: Upon receipt of your text, photos, images and deposit, we will create a professional showcase within 5 working days that promotes your holiday accommodation to the full.
Step 4: You'll receive a link via email to view your 'Holiday Home Showcase' before it goes live. This will allow you to review your web page and request any changes to text, photos and images before it appears online.
Step 5: Once approved, your showcase will go live for all to see. We'll send you a final invoice for the remaining balance of £50.00 which will be due within 10 days of the invoice date. (Please note that late payments may result in the removal of your showcase until the balance is paid.)
The aim is to make your holiday let as attractive as possible to potential guests so we'd ideally like informative descriptions and good quality photos from you.
We do appreciate though that marketing text doesn't always flow freely and photos are often not quite what you'd hoped for so we will try help out a much as possible to ensure that your property is presented in the best way. Please see our FAQ's section for further details on the areas that we can help out with.
Our showcases are designed to be flexible but the following list will give you an idea of the main areas that should be included. Please refer to our Showcase Example which helps as a template to work from.
Once you are ready to order, you'll need to supply:
- The basics for your property - e.g. number of bedrooms, bathrooms etc
- Descriptive text for all areas of your property
- A list of main features - e.g. en-suite, log fire, quiet rural location etc
- Details of location and nearest facilities - e.g. shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles etc
- Basic directions from the nearest motorway or main road
- List of places of interest and attractions in the area
- Useful links (if you know of any)
- Good quality photos of your property's interior and exterior
- Testimonials (if you have any)
- Details of the link to your booking agent (if you have one)
- Your booking terms and conditions (if applicable)
- Your contact details for bookings and enquiries
We'll help with:
- Your domain name
- Advice on what should be included within your showcase to attract visitors
- Local area info - adding links and further information on the surrounding area
- Keywords to target specific groups of people
- Resizing and enhancing your photos
- Including a link to the interactive Google map
