'Customer' or 'Client' means the party placing the order and responsible for payment. 'We", "our" or "us" refers to Prickly Pear Design.

All 'Holiday Home Showcase' orders placed via our website are subject to the following conditions:

1. Information is accepted for publication on the understanding that any and all descriptions relating to the property and to the Customer are true and accurate.
2. Prickly Pear Design take every care to avoid mistakes, but cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in the information published. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the accuracy of the information published and advise us of any errors.
3. All copy, graphics and photographs must be supplied in the required format. Information for publication must be supplied by email either in a Word document or in the body of an email. Pictures must be provided in electronic format (either .tif, .jpg or .gif). We reserve the right not to publish the information if it is not supplied in the correct format or if poor quality images are supplied.
4. We will endeavour to undertake requested updates on a daily basis within the working week (Monday to Friday), but we reserve the right to change this arrangement as and when necessary.
5. The Customer must settle the final invoice within 10 days of the date of issue. Failure to do so may result in the temporary removal of the showcase until the final payment has been received and cleared.
6. The Customer can request to have their showcase removed at any time. However, any fees paid will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation by the Customer.
7. These conditions and the contract between ourselves and the Customer are governed in accordance with the Laws of England & Wales.
8. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all textual content and contact information, logos, images and photos supplied for their showcase are up to date and Prickly Pear Design should be informed of any necessary changes.
9. We reserve the right to refuse, amend, withdraw or otherwise handle any information submitted for publication at our absolute discretion.
10. The information provided by the Customer for publication must not contravene any Act of Parliament or be in any way illegal, defamatory or an infringement of the rights of any other party nor of the British Code of Advertising Practice. The Customer confirms that copyright, wherever appropriate, is vested in the Customer.
11. We will be indemnified by the Customer indefinitely against any damage and / or expense which we may incur as a consequence, whether direct or indirect, of the publication of the information provided by the Customer.

All rights including copyright within the Holiday Home Showcase website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Prickly Pear Design.

You undertake not to copy, store in any medium (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify, or show in public any part of the www.holidayhomeshowcase.co.uk website without the prior written permission from Prickly Pear Design.
